Two ETA militants tried to escape from a Spanish prison

Spanish police prevent escape from prison of two militants of the Basque separatist organization ETA have been convicted of serious crimes. This AP reported. Police detained four people who had help in escape of prisoners. The names of the companions are not reported. Fugitives Jorge Garcia and Jon Igor Solana serving a prison sentence in southwestern Spain.

Garcia was sentenced to prison in 1995. preparation assassinate King Juan Carlos of Spain. Solana went to prison in 2000. the murder of three people, including the prosecutor Louis Porter.
