The journal acknowledges its role in the establishment of partnership relations with Russia moving forward on the Nord Stream gas project and the role and the release of Germany from recession.
In the list of 100 most powerful women in the world are Sheila Bair, chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance U.S., followed by the Executive Director of "Pepsi" Indra Nyuy. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is not even in the top 30.
