Cuban newspaper against censorship

In its latest issue Cuban newspaper "Huventus rebelde" published an article which opposes the existence of censorship. Article declaring "against painful addiction" of some local functionaries to restrict information and denial of criticism with an argument to preserve the image of the country .

"Painful addiction. . . sometimes turns into paranoia, "says the article. In the opinion of the author, this problem is mainly due to the perception that the problems should not become public, so as not to diminish the real achievements of the revolution and not to tarnish her image.
