Increased compensation for Holocaust victims

German judges rule in favor of victims of the Holocaust and other people persecuted by the Nazis, a large increase in benefits granted to them because of termination of corporate activity on Thursday. The lawyer took the case, said it would increase benefits for some claimants 20 times.

The Nazis banned Jews from holding assets of great value and they were compelled to sell their investment quickly at a price much lower than the market. The Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig ordered the service for compensation to be more generous in calculating the value of corporate assets, taking into account their real appreciation during the period of 30s of last century to today.
